Editorial policy

Our standard for accurate product claims, useful proposal guidance and fair vendor comparisons.

Last reviewed September 6, 2026

Who writes and reviews

RapidRFP’s product and proposal-operations content is written and reviewed by the RapidRFP Editorial Team. We use an organization byline until an individual contributor has agreed to a public byline; we do not invent author identities or credentials.

How product claims are handled

Claims about RapidRFP must match current product behavior, pricing or published security documentation. Estimates, simulations and forward-looking security work are labeled as such. An evaluator simulation is decision support, not a guarantee of an award outcome.

How comparisons are researched

Vendor comparisons start with the vendor’s own current product, legal, support and pricing pages. Each comparison shows its review date and source links. We avoid absolute capability claims when a vendor does not publish enough detail and recommend confirming material requirements in a live demo and written order form.

Corrections and updates

Products and procurement practices change. When we find a material error, we correct the page and update its reviewed date. Readers and vendors can send corrections—with a primary source—to support@rapidrfp.ai.

AI assistance

AI may assist with research organization, drafting and quality checks. A human remains responsible for publication, source review and corrections. We do not treat generated text as a source.
