About RapidRFP

We’re building proposals that check their own work.

Proposal teams are crushed between shrinking deadlines and rising bid volume — and the first wave of AI tools didn’t fix it; they answered once and left the checking to you, just making it faster to submit losing proposals. We’re building the platform that loops: agents that observe, act, check their own work and refine — grounded in your knowledge, scored against the criteria, submission-checked before you send — with your people in command.

The thesis

Most “AI proposal” tools are RAG wrappers. We built a reasoning engine.

The first wave of proposal AI did one thing: semantic search over text chunks, pasting back the closest prior answer. That helps you fill a questionnaire. It does not win a pursuit — and speed without a score just helps you submit losing proposals faster.

RapidRFP is different by construction. We model your organization as a knowledge graph — people, projects, past performance, contracts, certifications and win themes — and retrieve across vector, keyword, graph and neural reranking. That lets the agents reason across connected facts the way an evaluator does, and ground every claim in your evidence with a citation.

Then we put agents on top: a coordinated team that discovers the opportunity, shreds the solicitation, drafts in your voice, generates the graphics, scores the draft against the evaluation criteria the way a source selection board will, runs the compliance and color-team review, and assembles the submission. End to end. And every one of those steps runs as a loop — acting, checking its own output against the rules, and refining until it passes — with your people in command, setting strategy and approving every word that ships.

That is the difference between a tool that answers once, and a platform that loops until the work is right.

What we believe

Seven principles we build on

Loops, not one-shot answers

A chatbot replies once and stops. We build loops — the system observes, acts, checks its own work and refines, over and over, until the proposal is right. Repeated self-checking is the whole point.

Grounded beats plausible

A confident, wrong answer loses contracts. Everything RapidRFP writes is grounded in your evidence and cited — or it tells you the gap instead of inventing one.

Never submit unscored

The first evaluator of your proposal may now be an AI. So we score every draft against the evaluation criteria before it ships — because you should never submit a proposal you have not already seen scored.

Your data is yours

Encrypted, isolated to your tenant, and never used to train a shared model. Your win-DNA is your advantage, not our training set.

End-to-end, not point solutions

Fragmented tools fragment the work. One platform owns the whole pursuit — discovery, shredding, drafting, graphics, review and submission.

Human-in-command

The agents carry the load; your people set strategy and approve the words. Autonomy with accountability, every step.

Every arena, one platform

Federal, IT, construction, SLED, commercial — the way each industry wins is different. RapidRFP speaks every one of those languages.

The team that never sleeps

Each owns a stage of the pursuit and hands off to the next — supervised by your people at every step.

We don’t want to help you write proposals faster. We want to change who does the work — so your experts spend their time on strategy and relationships, and the agents handle the rest.
